Ongoing percentage management and a fixed event-period package may cover different work. Ask for a comparable breakdown rather than comparing headline numbers alone.
Check what the percentage applies to
Gross rent, net receipts and receipts after platform charges differ. Ask about VAT, cleaning, setup charges and minimum terms.
What €150 means here
This is a fixed fee for agreed activities for one property and period, independent of bookings. Rent may be zero while the management fee remains payable under the contract.
Before signing
Ask for the service schedule, payment deadline, reporting, damage responsibilities, termination and cancellation terms. Do not sign with essential terms left blank.
