Enquiries
We process your name, phone or email, contact preference, district, capacity, readiness, availability and optional message to respond and take steps at your request before contract, under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Do not submit national IDs or ownership documents in your initial enquiry. We make no automated decisions with legal effects.
Marketing and measurement
Marketing requires separate optional consent under Article 6(1)(a), withdrawable at privacy@consult.rentals. Visit measurement is off by default. With permission, a random session identifier and events are stored on this server for up to 30 days, without names, phone numbers or emails. Measurement settings allow withdrawal and removal of the visit link. No advertising pixels are installed.
Access and recipients
Enquiries are stored on a protected server in Bulgaria and accessed by authorised staff. Notifications contain only a general operational reminder, without enquiry contacts or message text. Corporate email forwards to the controller’s authorised mailbox; do not email sensitive documents. Web-form data is not forwarded by email or Telegram; notifications contain only a general operational alert without an enquiry identifier.
Retention and security
The retention for unsigned, unpaid enquiries is 180 days from the last action, subject to lawful retention review. Contract and accounting records follow applicable statutory periods, determined under applicable law before the relevant contract is made. Encrypted backups expire after 14 days; completed erasures are reapplied after restoration. The necessary CRM session cookie is used only for staff sign-in. Form personal data is not retained between visits.
Your rights
Request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or applicable objection at privacy@consult.rentals. Identity checks are proportionate; the usual response period is one month, subject to lawful exceptions. You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
