Registration and legal readiness
A home is not automatically tourist accommodation
Check the applicable Tourism Act regime and municipal procedure for class B guest apartments. Do not accept bookings before legal readiness is established.
Municipal procedure and registers
The official IISDA service for Burgas sets out the application and documents. Verify current requirements, authority and powers of attorney with the municipality or a qualified adviser.
Guests, taxes and personal data
ESTI reporting, tourist tax and tax treatment are separate obligations. The contract must name who carries them out and pays. Guest data must be handled lawfully.
You can still request an assessment
If you have no registration, say so. An enquiry is neither a rejection nor permission to rent. It starts a suitability check and preparation plan.
