Confirm your authority to hand over management and whether tourist accommodation is permitted. A furniture assessment does not replace registration or legal review.
Ready for actual guests
Check beds, hot water, heating, kitchen, bathroom, safe access and necessary safety measures. Prepare appliance instructions and building rules.
Record the condition
Create an inventory and handover photographs without other people's personal information. Agree keys, emergency contacts, authorised expenses and damage procedures.
Avoid spending before assessment
Before buying linen, repairs or photography, obtain an assessment and written allocation of costs. A €150 fixed fee does not mean every expense is included.
